Data Deletion Policy

1. Right to Delete Data
Users of Falaxy, provided by MGK Software LLC, have the right to completely delete their accounts and all personal data registered in the application at any time.
2. How to Delete Data?
Via the App:
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data by following Profile > Settings > Delete Account.
Via Email:
If you do not have access to the application, you can request the deletion of your data by sending an email with the subject "Data Deletion Request" to [email protected] from your registered email address. Your request will be processed within 7 business days at the latest.
3. Which Data is Deleted?
When the account deletion process takes place; your profile information, app history, purchased credits, and all usage data are permanently deleted from our systems. This action cannot be undone.
4. Legal Exceptions
Data that must be kept for a certain period of time due to applicable laws (e.g. invoice records, legal disputes, etc.) will be automatically destroyed at the end of the legal period.
